Hey there!

I am cultural manager Giedrė Putramentaitė. I am still active in the cultural field (both Lithuanian and international), but after 10 years of experience, I decided that I want to share my knowledge and help my colleagues and other actors in the cultural field.

My experience:

Cultural organizations: Long-term experience working in various forms of cultural organizations, such as the Arts Printing House, Vilnius Keistuoliai Theater, "Artscape" arts agency, "Sirenos" international theatre festival, Baltic Nordic Circus Network (current workplace). I have worked with different formats of organizations and their principles of operation.

Project Management: I am an experienced project manager with expertise in all stages of the project cycle, starting with project planning and application preparation, continuing with project implementation and ending with report preparation. I can identify and manage project risks.

Coordination and process management: My experience also includes coordination of people, processes and resources in organizational activities. This includes personnel management, efficient use of resources and effective communication flow.

Strategy: In more than one workplace, I have made a contribution to the formation of the organization's strategy and its implementation. I have changed the vision and strategic orientation of the organization.

Fundraising: I have a successful track record of developing and executing effective fundraising strategies from different sources, including sponsors, public funds and other sources. Public funds - I have experience with various funds of the Nordic countries, applications from the Lithuanian Cultural Council.

I seek to help artists to understand various processes of art management better through my experience and knowledge.
