Mentorship program
Mentoring program (for organisations, cultural managers, artists), during which we concentrate on issues you want to work on and goal setting.
Price - depends on the need and duration of mentoring.
What do you get? Number of meetings according to the need, tasks ("homework"), help and support throughout the period;
Fundraising course
A course on fundraising (and different ways of doing it). Topics:
- fundraising strategy - what is it and how to form it;
- funds in the Baltic and Nordic region (public money);
- "other" money - commercial (company support) and own earnings (what can be the ways of this);
- how to form applications (general theory);
- to the 4 lectures, I will add 1 personal consultation, during which we will discuss what will be relevant for you/ your organisation (specific application, fundraising strategy and other specific topics);
Time - 2 times a year;
Price - 150 EUR.
Format - zoom platform;
Who is this course for?
- cultural managers/administrators who are already familiar with these processes, but do not have much experience (because it can be difficult for a completely new person to cover such a large amount of new information), but if there is a lot of desire and motivation, completely "green" managers are also welcome.
- for people who don't expect a magical answer to the question "where to get money from", but want to broaden their horizons on fundraising and talk about different ways to do it (and discuss it in a group of colleagues);
