During the consultation we talk about public funding and other funding opportunities, partnerships, networking, visibility, social media and so on.

The consultation is intended to consult on a specific application for Nordic funds.

During the consultation:

• together we will go through the application form and talk about key points;

• I will help you look at the project from various angles, discover its relevance, value and importance;

• we will talk about partnerships and collaborations in the project;

• I will help strengthen the project;

• if needed, after you write your application, I will proofread it and write comments;

MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

The mentoring program is intended for organizations, cultural managers and artists who want to work on specific topics for a longer period of time. During mentoring we set goals that we intend to achieve during the period of communication.

Topics:

• all topics mentioned in the consultations above;

• assistance with a specific project (e.g. organizing an exhibition, publishing a music album, creating a work structure, forming a long-term strategy and pursuing it, etc.);

• can help with personal organisation and work structures;

CONSULTATION

(for funds)

The consultation is intended for people who have a specific project and want to learn about the possibilities of receiving various types of support from various cultural funds in Lithuania and the Nordic countries. During the consultation:

• we will review all cultural funds/programs that operate in Lithuania and the Nordic countries;

• we will review their specifics and details (what is needed to apply, etc.);

• we will examine the application form of a specific fund/program (if needed);

• we will make a calendar for the coming year which open calls you can apply to (if needed);

According to your needs, I can conduct seminars on various topics for both the art community and cultural administrators, some examples:

- fund raising strategy (during the seminar we talk about various ways of raising funds, we talk about how to make a strategy);

- goals, mission, vision and values (during the seminar we talk about why it is important to form your basic foundations, I share the theory and examples of how to form both vision, mission and goals);

- creators study (during the seminar various ways are discussed how an artist can support his art);

- workshop on how to be more structured and organised in your professional life (during the workshops through theory and practical tasks we strive to be more intentional and strategic with our professional path, through practical task, we create our own organisational systems that should help us to be more productive and organised);

The price is negotiable, depending on the content and duration.
